4th of July

Sugar House Park has a new sign although I did not get a photo of it. We traveled down a fun memory lane to see fireworks at the park.  What a change in demographics!  The area is now very international.

Here's another type of statement - a colorful mohawk; see the guy with the red white and blue hat. 


Next to the bandstand were these giant balloon creatures.

Next to me was my darling little granddaughter who was unsure about the whole evening.

Everywhere were the glow sticks made into necklaces, balls, or whatever the imagination can create. The fireworks were absolutely outstanding.  It will be very sad if they are unable to continue fireworks in this park.  At the last minute four businesses contributed to the funds so that they could have this years.
