C: Croissant

I love Celtic letters

Croissants make my mouth water.  Some people use tiny ones for sandwiches filled with chicken salad made of small pieces of tender (cooked just right) white chicken, mayo, chopped grapes, maybe a little chopped celery and sometimes crunchy small pieces of nuts.


My favorite of all time was at this bakery that I discovered (and may I say that it was not close to my house in any way) which baked these large flakey, light and delicate croissants that were filled with a dark oozing chocolate.  Right away, we became addicted to them!
