Neighborhood Creatures

A mini buffalo guards this patch.

The proud lioness keeps a watchful eye.

But I do believe that this is where the angels live.

Warning - be aware of snakes - true to the word.

Love the Roses against the white fence in the third shot.

I have to agree with Texwisgirl. I thought it was a pig at first!

Hi Ruth,
The statues are cute/pretty.
Snakes can be a mixed bag.
Peace :)

The creatures guarding the yards and fences are so neat. I loved the angels and I'd be sure to take note of the snake warning.

Doesn't everyone have a mini buffalo guarding their path? How cute is that!

Of course, the angels live at the prettiest house on the block!

Happy Thanksgiving, Ruth!

Wonderful critter statues, and lovely photos! Hope you didn't see any snakes.

Sorry...I meant to tell you Tubac is located about an hour south of Tucson in Arizona....really not far from the Mexico border. Tumacacori Mission is about a mile from there as well. I did a post on Tumacacori you might want to scroll down to see. It's an excellent place to go!
