Neogothic Brigham City Tabernacle, built in 1897 by the pioneers who trekked across the plains to Utah which was then a territory and not a state. It holds about 1600 people. It took 25 years to build. In 1896 there was a fire from the furnace and it took one year to restore it.

Beautiful and proud church and it took a long time to build it like St. Paul Cathedral in London

This is truly beautiful, as are the sky and the shadows on the grass. I love the little white turrets all along the side! I don't think I have seen that on any other churches. I can see where it took a year to repair the fire damage.

That's a lovely building. I'm sure there was a lot of love that helped build it.
