I'm with you, Ruth; covered bridges are so wonderful. I wouldn't even try to resist their charm and am glad you decided to share this one with "Sunlit Sunday".

An interesting covered bridge and some nice shadows leading up to it.

I love those covered bridges. I'm sure that I saw a film starring Clint Eastwood and Meryl Streep where he was a National Geographic photographer who fell in love with Streep - was it The Bridges of Madison County? Anyway, Happy New Year to you. KP is now OK after her fall - thanks.

A covered bridge is a wonderful find for photographers, and it is perfect with a little sin shine.

Don't you just love covered bridges, Ruth? There are many in New England. Susan

Oh, that's so beautiful!!! Whenever I see a covered bridge I think of that scene from Funny Farm where the movers try driving across one! Such a funny movie!

Well, my course those kitties only look that alert because their eyes are painted on! haha Our real kitties don't look that alert - ever!

Have a great week!

Covered bridges seem to call me to a different time. A throw back to a time of horse and buggy. Thank you for sharing this sweet photo. You have had so many adventures...it is nice to go along with you. Love, Mary

What a pretty little covered bridge! I have seen a few when I traveled to New England. I love the long shadows of the trees too.
Thanks for visiting me and your nice comment.
