Tidbits from Arizona

For more reflections and shadows, check out the following:

I enjoyed a steaming hot chocolate with a scrumptious raspberry streusel while enjoying the scenery at the Desert Museum.

While leaving the Desert Museum northeast of Tucson, Arizona, a Coyote crossed my path that morning.

I am drawn again and again to Sedona. Reflections never ending of those gorgeous red mountains.

She looks very comfortable in her desert home.

A grand shot while returning to Utah going through Zion National Park in winter.

I love those stripe shadows! My son and his family went to Yellowstone, Grand Canyon and other places last year, but their very favorite was Zion Park, it must really be something. I love the striped shadows, and I wonder what kind of luck you will have if a COYOTE crosses your path??

That national park seems like a great place to visit. Have to google it! :D

The sharp and intense design of shadow lines in the first photo almost become an optical illusion. Fascinating. And love colours of the desert setting in the next photos.

Ruth, these are great shots! Love those stripey shadows - and Wile E. Coyote!!

Lovely desert pics - the zebra shadows at the museum make a fine ambience to enjoy your hot chocolate. Wil-E coyote looks indifferent to the traffic, perhaps he is in no hurry to capture RoadRunner...the mountains out there are quite majestic!

Your reflections are very clear and beautiful. They show a completely different world than the country I live in, and that's what makes blogging so interesting. Thank you.

Nice reflections !
The Coyote is great. You can see it alive, we only in movies and zoo and so on. Interesting.
I like the first image, its lovely.

Ruth, I'm delighted with your photographs and of course fast.
First time I've seen a coyote. It looks like a lovely dog.
Greetings from far away Polish.

What amazing shots!! That coyote - WOW!! he looked like he was daring you to pass and didn't seem a bit afraid. We love Sedonia too! We spent spring break there 5 or 6 years ago. Want to go to Zion National Park. What a beautiful shot - in Winter too!! Do they close down in the winter - ha - must not!!

All compelling shots. The first one reminds me of something I would stop to shoot. It's like a zen jail!

Had to check this post out too. I like the shot of the Coyote and also the statue of the girl.
