Moon Streak over the Rockies

Tried to catch the moon over the rockies at the Springville Folk Fest.

The amazing flag throwers from Belgium.

Morning Star Indians from our area.

Dancers from Georgia Russia.

Linking to Shadow Shot Sunday 2

My favorite - the dancers from Poland.

This looks like quite a multi-cultural event. The Rockies are a good background for the Moon!

The moon capture is wonderful as it almost illumines the venue. The dancers from many places all have colorful dress, the shame today is that many customs from all over are being lost or forgotten - so these pics are wonderful reminders!

That looks a wonderfully colourful event - and one which brings people together too. Loved the moonshots.
