Norman Rockwell Exhibit at BYU

Linking to: Weekend Reflections

My family in front of a bronze sculpture

This is the museum on Brigham Young University campus where the Norman Rockwell Exhibit was held. We were not allowed to photograph any of his art work but it was a delightful exhibit. He was so clever in adding stories to his pictures and comedy. A small film about his life was shown just before we viewed his artwork.

Hi Ruth, Norman Rockwell is one of the premier story-tellers of the American experience of a certain period. What a fine exhibit to share with family. That's a cute line-up of Grands!

Exhibits are fun, especially when visited with a group.

There is a Norman Rockwell museum in Wisconsin near the Dells. They have lots of prints and posters that can be purchased for just a little, and they are so delightful to frame and hang.

Hello Ruth! Thanks for your visit & comment on my blog which is much appreciated!
So good to 'meet ' new blog friends & enjoy seeing things from their part of the world! You have a lovely family & the exhibition was great I'm sure as I have seen some of Norman Rockwells paintings online.
A very well spotted reflection too on the museum windows!
Glad to follow now & warmly invite you to follow too!
Best wishes!
