Glenn Canyon Dam

Coming home from Arizona, I crossed over the bridge at Glen Canyon Dam. I took photos on the Utah side.

Visitor's Center at Glen Canyon Dam - car reflections

 Looking east from the dam

Looking south to the Arizona side (caught an extra reflection from the glass in the visitor's center)

Looking straight down at the water below the dam.

Anyone up for a boat ride in a pontoon?

I began to feel dizzy as I looked for pictures.
But if I speak the truth, I would like to see this in the wild.

  17. This is a great place. Once took a float trip down the Colorado River to Glen Canyon. You should see Elliot Porter's photos of Glen Canyon before the dam. They are amazing.
