Wasatch Mountains

During Christmas I was at my daughter's near Roosevelt, Utah.

Backyard with neighboring cows (looking east toward Roosevelt).

Birthday party for little N.  She calls her sister her baby. After all everyone called her baby for some time before they started calling her by name. Blind reflections in the window door.

On my way home going through Heber City and Provo Canyon, I took some photos of Deer Creek Reservoir and the backside of the Wasatch Mountains (part of the Rocky Mountains).  The weathermen are now saying things like the Wasatch back when they talk about snow conditions in Park City and Heber, Utah.

This ranch is close to Heber, Utah.

Reflections - Wasatch Back

Deer Creek Reservoir partially frozen.

Driving through Provo Canyon, there are two tunnels that pass through the mountain.  Just beyond that is the turn off for Sundance, Robert Redford's home and ski resort.

This is my town on Thursday morning - foggy and starting to snow.
