We will be back in the high 90's today with still no chance of rain in sight. The grass at the parks is a tan color, flowers need a good soaking of rain, and the tree leaves are curling from lack of water.
I will not be running in this heat, who am I kidding I won't be running anytime soon.

Hi Ruth, that would be the noise of my thighs!! I have eaten out four times over the last two weeks and my diet has gone out of the window-not good!
